Welcome to our support page. This is where we list documents and links that may be helpful to our customers. If you are having a problem with anything purchased from us, contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
The documents you'll find here are in the PDF format so they can easily be viewed by anyone. You will need the free Adobe Reader program to view them. Most people have it installed already. However, if you need to download it, you'll find it here.
Panda Anti-Virus
Here are some helpful links for those who purchased Panda from us, or who purchased a computer with it preinstalled, and have not yet registered it.
Restore Discs
If you have a computer built by us, and you need help with the restore discs, then read the document below. Most of our restore discs are of this type.
For systems that did not come with restore discs, there may be a restore utility on the hard drive instead. This is especially true of systems that came with Gigabyte motherboards. Try tapping the F9 key on your keyboard immediately after turning on the system and/or looking for the words "Xpress Recovery" at the bottom of the screen when the computer is turned on.
IMPORTANT: Restoring your computer will erase all of your data! The computer will be in a similar condition to what it was in when first purchased. Some utilities (e.g. anti-virus programs) may have to be reinstalled as well. You will need to backup your data first if you want to keep it.
